- Physical Accessibility: Our facility at 10030 SW 40th ST Ste A, Miami, FL 33165 is wheelchair accessible and features handicap-accessible parking spaces, accessible entrances, and accessible restrooms

- Service Animals: We welcome service animals in all areas of our facility where patients are normally allowed

Language Assistance Services
AP Medical Center, LLC provides free language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency to ensure meaningful access to our programs and services.
Available Language Services
- Bilingual Staff: Our facility has staff members who are fluent in both English and Spanish and are available to assist patients during their visits
- Interpreter Services: Qualified medical interpreters are available, either in person or by telephone, for patients who speak languages other than English or Spanish
- Translated Documents: Important documents, including patient forms, consent documents, and informational materials, are available in Spanish. Other languages are available upon request
- Telephone Language Line: We have access to telephone interpreter services that cover over 200 languages for immediate communication needs

All language assistance services are provided at no cost to the patient. We do not require or allow family members, friends, or minor children to serve as interpreters unless specifically requested by the patient after being informed of the availability of free interpreter services.
How to File a Complaint
